About Bonnie Espy

I grew up in Greenville, SC, into a family who has been in the hardwood flooring business since 1928, so my love of homes, architecture, & real estate came at an early age. Before settling in metro Atlanta in 1997, my husband and I had the opportunity to live in Los Angeles, Houston, and in Europe, so as a seasoned realtor, my life experiences and education have well-equipped me for the challenges of a busy real estate market! My sales experience has covered the whole metro Atlanta area, allowing me to be adept in all of the Atlanta counties, reaching to the northern corridor of Lake Lanier on the north side of Atlanta. I have been awarded the designation of Chairman's Circle of Excellence.
